Job Summary
Lead the multi-site training team by coaching Learning Leads and Floor Trainers, setting expectations, and holding the group accountable to delivery standards. Anticipate volume changes to scale team capacity up for peak periods and down afterward, while maintaining consistent floor presence to monitor training quality. Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions, onboarding, and procedural rollouts, using creativity to design enhancement opportunities and provide real-time feedback. Design and own training plans for new hires and cross-training, scheduling activities, preparing materials, and maintaining accurate records to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Partner with Operations, Staffing Agencies, and internal teams to align training priorities with production goals and forecast headcount needs.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics environment
- Prior experience leading or managing a team, including delegating work and holding people accountable
- Proven ability to build and execute training plans for both new hire onboarding and cross-training, and to scale training capacity for peak
- Strong working knowledge of warehouse equipment and operations, including WMS systems (e.g., S1W) and handheld scanners
- Proven ability to train, coach, and guide diverse audiences with professionalism and clarity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., tracking data, using filters, creating basic tables and reports)
- Familiarity with SOPs, safety protocols, and compliance standards
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation, planning, and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams
- Capable of prioritizing and adapting in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information

- Previous experience in a training or coordinator role
- Bilingual in Spanish
