Job Summary
Entry-level Learning Architect needed to transform high-level outlines and subject matter expertise into polished learning modules, slide decks, and training packages. Responsibilities include curriculum and content development, visual design for virtual delivery (Zoom/Teams), facilitator scripting and guides, learner engagement strategy with active learning and interactive elements, and creation of supplemental materials such as participant workbooks and handouts. Required bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong proficiency with presentation and CMS/LMS tools, and a user-centric, empathetic design approach. Preferred familiarity with virtual training platforms (VILT), instructional design methodologies (ADDIE/SAM), and AI-assisted content optimization. Compensation starts at $42/hour (annualized to $87,360) with location- and equity-driven considerations; remote work option available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in presentation software (Google Slides, PowerPoint) and document creation tools, plus CMS and LMS systems
- Ability to adapt writing voice to match the brand (warm, empathetic, conversational)
- User-centric mindset with ability to design learning experiences empathetic to learner needs
