Job Summary
Learning and Development Trainee in a year-long Professional Development Program within RRMS's Training and Quality Assurance Department. Responsibilities include shadowing multiple departments to understand operations, assisting with the facilitation of training sessions, classroom preparation, documentation, and evaluation, coordinating projects, scheduling, and progress tracking. The role emphasizes leadership development, mentoring, and effective communication, with an expectation to demonstrate accountability, professionalism, and confidentiality across assignments. Candidates should bring proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational and time-management abilities, initiative, reliability, and the ability to analyze feedback to identify training opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent military experience.
- 2+ years of relevant customer service experience.
- Previous experience in training, coaching, or leadership development.
- Reliability and schedule flexibility, including availability for evenings or weekends as needed.
- Ability to obtain required state security licenses and certifications.
