Job Summary
Analyze learning and development needs within acute care settings and design tailored learning interventions for healthcare professionals. Apply and advance digital learning solutions, blended learning, and AI applications to make training more effective and accessible. Guide colleagues through individual learning and development trajectories, including reintegration paths. Collaborate with instructors, advisors, and practitioners to create contemporary learning resources that align with daily practice. Act as an innovation driver by monitoring digital learning trends, experimenting with new possibilities, and inspiring teams to adopt these tools. This role supports the Leren & Ontwikkelen department at Veiligheidsregio Rotterdam-Rijnmond in Barendrecht, focusing on transforming learning through technology and innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Heb je tenminste hbo werk- en denkniveau (opleidings- en/of onderwijskundig)
- Heb je ervaring binnen de acute zorg, bijvoorbeeld als professional op de IC, SEH of ambulancezorg
- Ben je actief bezig met het dagelijks toepassen digitale ontwikkelingen, AI en nieuwe vormen van leren en ontwikkelen
- Om bij de Veiligheidsregio Rotterdam-Rijnmond te kunnen werken, dien je in het bezit te zijn van een Verklaring omtrent gedrag (VOG)
Desired Qualifications
- Een opleiding in Onderwijskunde of Opleidingskunde is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste
