Job Summary
Develops, organizes and administers training for administrative and operational departments; oversees LMS administration, course creation, user management, reporting, and troubleshooting; creates and maintains training programs including e-learning modules, videos, manuals, and assessments aligned to organizational priorities; conducts and facilitates training sessions, visits staff on site, and tracks participation and outcomes; collaborates with department leaders to ensure core skills and competencies are met; supports feedback programs (e.g., 360-degree) and assists in creating development plans and learning pathways; evaluates and updates training materials and explores platforms to improve efficiency and effectiveness; maintains knowledge of products/services and budget considerations; prefers experience with LMS tools (e.g., Articulate).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in instructional design, learning & development, training, or a related field
