Job Summary
Identify and assess technical training needs within the company. Develop, organize, conduct, and evaluate training programs covering computer systems, machinery, and technical products. Maintain training manuals, document sessions, and assess effectiveness to report progress and adjust curricula as needed. Requires a Bachelor's degree in organizational psychology, engineering, or manufacturing, with 0 to 2 years of experience, preferably in manufacturing. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is desired. This role reports to the VP of EHS and HR, focusing on bridging organizational strategy with employee growth. Experience with the Alchemy Training Suite is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in organizational psychology, engineering, or manufacturing related degree
- 0 to 2 years of experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Experience with Alchemy Training Suite (Manager, Player, Coach, and Playbook)
- Work Environment English language fluency – listening and comprehending, speaking, reading, and writing
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter
Desired Qualifications
- Spanish Language Fluency is desired but not required
