Job Summary

Design and enhance instructor-led leadership, communication, coaching, and change management programs for diverse audiences. Deliver engaging in-person and virtual workshops, facilitating discussions, role plays, and experiential learning exercises to foster knowledge retention. Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to identify capability gaps and recommend practical learning solutions aligned with organizational objectives. Create facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and assessment materials while evaluating program effectiveness to continuously improve outcomes. This role supports leadership development initiatives, talent programs, and succession planning within a large North American supply chain organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Adult Education, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating soft skills and leadership development programs
  • Strong classroom facilitation skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences
  • Experience creating facilitator-led training materials, participant guides, learning activities, and workshop resources
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into practical, relevant, and engaging learning experiences
  • Experience facilitating programs focused on leadership, communication, coaching, customer service, team effectiveness, or professional development
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities with the capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working in a corporate, distribution, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or operations environment
  • Certification in adult education, instructional design, coaching, facilitation, or organizational development
  • Experience supporting leadership development, talent management, succession planning, or employee engagement initiatives
