Job Summary
Design and deliver learning solutions for the organization, including New Hire Orientation, Leadership Development, and Guest Service initiatives; develop engaging training materials and e-learning modules, instructor-led and blended solutions; maintain training records and calendars; evaluate program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback; collaborate with the Learning and Development Manager and Business Partners to identify the best approach for bridging skill gaps; requires strong verbal, written, and presentation skills and knowledge of HR best practices.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience delivering training in a business environment
- 2 years of experience facilitating Leadership, Coaching, Performance Improvement and similar business-related topics
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools
- Experience in designing and developing training programs
