Job Summary
Learning and Development Specialist to lead onboarding as a coaching-driven experience and partner with business leaders to design and implement scalable learning solutions. Responsibilities include redesigning onboarding, mentoring employees, identifying skill gaps, creating workshops and learning paths, establishing continuous learning frameworks, and measuring program effectiveness to enhance employee experience. Senior leadership guidance with full creative ownership of L&D initiatives and opportunities to shape L&D in an international organization.
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in Learning and Development
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, or facilitating learning programs
- Ability to work closely with stakeholders and translate business needs into actionable learning solutions
- Creative thinker with the ability to design engaging and impactful programs
- Comfortable operating with both structure and autonomy
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
