Job Summary
Design and maintain career development frameworks and structured technical learning pathways across the organisation. Partner with subject matter experts to build these solutions and deliver workshops, blended learning programmes, and knowledge-sharing initiatives aligned to business priorities. Measure learning impact using data and feedback to continuously improve effectiveness while championing a culture of performance excellence. Work closely with stakeholders and external vendors to understand evolving learning needs and contribute to the wider L&D strategy and roadmap.
Required Qualifications
- Solid experience in Learning & Development or talent development
- End-to-end ownership of learning programmes or projects
- Learning design and content development
- Comfortable facilitating workshops or training sessions
- Strong stakeholder management, including senior leaders
- Experience working with external learning providers/vendors
- The ability to work through ambiguity and shape solutions from idea to delivery
