Job Summary
Lead and deliver strategic learning initiatives for PwC's Talent and Development team as a Senior Manager. Drive end-to-end design, development, and delivery of impactful learning solutions, manage large projects, foster a culture of continuous improvement, coach and develop high-performing teams, and engage senior-level clients to ensure project success. Apply agile and waterfall methodologies, leverage adult learning theory and instructional design, collaborate with onshore/offshore resources, and work with key sponsors across functional teams to enable growth and excellence. Demonstrates strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership to align learning programs with firm strategy and market developments.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 6 years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
