Job Summary
Lead learning and development initiatives across a multi-site healthcare real estate and skilled nursing organization; conduct learning needs assessments for employees and leaders; manage ongoing programs, including scheduling, communications, collateral creation, and stakeholder coordination; facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions for corporate and field-based employees; support onboarding, compliance training, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives; create training materials, presentations, guides, and supporting resources; develop and distribute internal communications related to training, policy updates, and organizational initiatives; maintain and manage training calendars and learning schedules; measure training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on participant feedback and business outcomes; partner with HR and business leaders to support workforce development and organizational effectiveness; utilize learning technologies and HR systems to track participation, completion, and program outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of Learning & Development, Talent Development, Training, or Organizational Development experience
- Experience facilitating both virtual and instructor-led training
- Strong program management and project coordination skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to quickly build relationships and influence stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization
- Experience utilizing HRIS, LMS, and learning technology platforms
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
