Job Summary
Research and create growth content, including presentations and participant materials, while delivering leadership and professional development workshops to associates in-person and virtually. Monitor and evaluate all content to ensure it remains current and effective, collaborating with HR partners and department leaders to assess and facilitate solutions for increased individual and team effectiveness. Manage projects to create, execute, and evaluate curricula, utilizing tools to build engaging on-demand and in-person interactions. Handle administrative tasks such as monitoring costs, scheduling classes, setting up systems, and coordinating enrollment. This role supports the corporate Learning & Development team within the Human Resources department, focusing on professional development for Support and Corporate Departments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (HR or Organizational Management, Communication, Organizational Psychology or Sociology, etc.)
- 2+ years of experience in corporate learning, talent, and/or organizational development
- Strong written/verbal communication and facilitation skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently & collaboratively
- Familiar with a variety of Learning & Development practices and procedures
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to changing and competing priorities
- Experience with the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to manage projects
- Ability to build successful relationships and partnerships across the organization
- Strong customer service skills and an enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Proficiency in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Full-time, in-office only
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
- Some travel, about 10% to include Northern California, Texas and Tennessee as well as local In-N-Out facilities
- Newly hired Associates in Irvine will be eligible to participate in the group move to Tennessee with relocation assistance or work from our western headquarters in Baldwin Park, CA, upon its opening in 2029
Desired Qualifications
- Additional Software a plus. (Asana, Canva)
- Spanish language fluency is a plus
