Job Summary
Learning and Development Manager (Remote) responsible for developing leadership pipelines, onboarding programs, supervisor/manager training, emerging leader program, tuition reimbursement, technical training platforms (e.g., Red Vector), internship and mentorship programs, succession planning, career pathing frameworks, HRIS/LMS training (UKG), and ongoing vertical/department-specific training. Partners with internal stakeholders to support IT, safety, quality, ERP/Deltek training and compliance; develops and executes a multi-year L&D strategy, assesses workforce development needs, identifies capability gaps, and establishes KPIs and analytics to measure training effectiveness and ROI. Manages vendor relationships, supports succession planning initiatives, serves as an internal consultant on employee development and organizational learning, and leads budgeting and cross-functional learning initiatives. Facilitates training programs, leadership workshops, and professional development while ensuring alignment with industry standards and organizational objectives; remote work setup with a distributed workforce and potential for geographic diversity.
