Job Summary
Learning & Development Manager in Nashville, hybrid role responsible for planning, managing, and executing high-impact learning, development, and engagement initiatives across the organization with emphasis on entry-level talent, people managers, and performance enablement. Partners with HR Business Partners, senior learning leaders, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to identify organizational needs, deliver scalable learning solutions, and oversee program operations. Serves as both hands-on learning practitioner and strategic program manager, leading initiatives including enterprise-learning programs, onboarding, leadership development, and a global development initiative with speaker programming, networking experiences, and a global committee. Designs and delivers instructional content, facilitates in-person and virtual sessions, maintains program documentation and calendars, analyzes participation and effectiveness, and ensures alignment with culture and business priorities. Facilitates instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning experiences; develops facilitator guides, participant materials, and supporting content; collaborates with SMEs and learning leaders to scale solutions; supports inclusion and employee engagement efforts, including ERGs and community partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, or related field
- Masters in related field and industry experience in Media and Entertainment or Brand Marketing/Consulting a plus
- 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with demonstrated expertise in facilitation (both in person and virtual) and instructional design
- Experience managing enterprise or large-scale learning programs and events
- Strong project management, organization, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience collaborating across HR, business teams, and senior stakeholders
- Proficiency with learning technologies, virtual learning platforms, Microsoft Office, and collaboration tools
- Comfortable facilitating and engaging audiences across different employee levels and global locations
