Learning and Development Manager

Job Summary
Conduct annual learning needs analyses using guest satisfaction scores, performance reviews, and operational metrics to identify capability gaps and align strategies with business goals. Lead the development of the hotel's annual learning plan and budget, integrating modern methodologies like blended learning and microlearning while tracking activities against strategic KPIs. Prepare and publish monthly learning calendars, ensuring departmental training is executed and compliance programs are completed. Design and deliver high-impact training programs, including onboarding sessions and competency assessments, while managing the Learning Management System for seamless course assignment and reporting. Provide expert consultation to the Senior Leadership Team on development pathways and support leaders in creating Individual Development Plans. Monitor learning expenditures, evaluate vendor performance, and analyze program effectiveness using Kirkpatrick's model to drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- A genuine interest in the personal and professional development of all hotel team members
- Good command of the English and Turkish language – verbal and written
- Good experience in hotel operations
- Experience in a luxurious Hotel brand
- Strong commercial/business acumen
- Effectively communicates with all levels
- A strong leader who can articulate a vision and translate it into reality
