Learning and Development Manager

Job Summary
Partner with the VP, Talent Experience, Development and Impact, and key business stakeholders to build deep partnerships and address enablement needs for 500+ team members across India. Design, implement, and evaluate learning programs including workshops, asynchronous modules, and leadership initiatives while owning all course logistics. Conduct assessments to identify skill gaps, administer the LMS end-to-end, and track ROI through post-course data analysis. Hold regular check-ins with leadership to review feedback, implement improvements, and help employees build career development plans. Operate as a product owner for learning, pinpointing friction points and driving adoption strategies to ensure a strong learner experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in talent development, training, learning & development, or a related role
- Experience in designing and delivering enablement programs
- Hands-on experience administering an LMS — backend configuration, content management, troubleshooting, and reporting
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple complex learning initiatives at the same time, at scale
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills
- Instructional design and curriculum development skills — able to build programs, not just deliver them
- Data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to translate learning metrics into business insights and ROI
- Proficient in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other e-learning tools
- Product owner, business-partnering approach — able to diagnose organizational needs and translate them into learning solutions
- Solid grounding in adult learning principles
- Strategic and analytical thinking — able to spot patterns across data and turn them into a point of view
- Ability to influence without direct authority, across all levels of the organization
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills
- Comfortable working collaboratively across all levels of the organization
