Learning and Development Facilitator

Job Summary
Facilitates dynamic learning experiences for assigned business lines in classroom and virtual formats with varying levels of complexity, aligned to goals and outcomes ranging from new-hire training to more advanced delivery. Selects and aligns delivery options and media, conducts needs analysis and development of learning solutions, supports evaluation and measurement of programs, and coordinates session logistics (roster management, room tech, communications). Leverages learner feedback to improve the learner experience. Requires a Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field (or equivalent) and four or more years of L&D/HR or related experience. Strong facilitation, instructional design knowledge, data interpretation for actionable training plans, and effective communication skills are preferred.
