Job Summary

Conduct training needs analysis at departmental and team levels and apply instructional design methodologies to create effective learning experiences that drive behavioral change. Design and deliver learning solutions, including self-paced content, job aids, and virtual or in-person workshops, while administering behavioral assessments and facilitating debrief sessions. Manage vendor relationships for organizational curricula, evaluate program effectiveness using Kirkpatrick models, and support high-potential leadership development initiatives. Requires a Bachelor's degree and five years of related experience; onsite in Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, or Pittsburgh.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years of related work experience
  • Two years of college and 7 years of related work experience
  • Knowledge of advanced level instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE)
  • Knowledge of evidence-based adult-learning principles
  • Knowledge of evaluation models (e.g., Kirkpatrick/Phillips)
  • Knowledge of learner diagnostics
  • Knowledge of digital learning ecosystems including LMS administration, analytics, and content authoring (e.g., Articulate 360)
  • Knowledge of behavioral/strengths assessments (e.g., DISC, CliftonStrengths) and interpretation standards
  • Skill in designing and developing engaging learning solutions including e-learning, job aids, and blended learning
  • Skill in facilitating interactive workshops and virtual training sessions for diverse audiences
  • Skill in building and publishing digital learning content with tools such as Articulate 360
  • Skill in producing engaging multimedia learning content using industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Skill in partnering with business lines, conducting needs assessments, and consulting to co-create solutions
  • Skill in administering assessments, interpreting results, and facilitating individual or team development debriefs
  • Skill in planning and managing learning initiatives, timelines, stakeholders, and vendor relationships
  • Skill in evaluating learning effectiveness, analyzing data, and making continuous-improvement recommendations
  • Ability to demonstrate creativity, adaptability, and innovative thinking to support organizational change
  • Ability to administer behavioral and strengths-based assessments (e.g., DISC, StrengthsFinder, etc.)
  • Ability to facilitate assessment debrief sessions to support individual and team development
  • Ability to conduct training needs analysis at departmental and team levels
  • Ability to apply instructional design methodologies (ADDIE) to create effective learning experiences that drive behavioral change and business results
  • Ability to design learning solutions grounded in adult learning theory and evidence-based practices to maximize knowledge retention and application
  • Ability to partner with business lines to identify learning gaps and design solutions to meet business requirements
  • Ability to develop self-paced learning content, job aids, tools, and learning resources
  • Ability to conduct engaging training sessions in virtual and in-person formats
  • Ability to support and manage vendor relationships for organizational learning curricula
  • Ability to manage learner communications and engagement campaigns
  • Ability to evaluate program effectiveness and measure learning outcomes
  • Ability to collaborate with Talent Development Senior Specialist on development programs for talent pipeline
  • Ability to support high-potential and leadership development programs
  • Ability to contribute to the design and delivery of enterprise-wide development initiatives
  • Location: onsite in Cleveland, OH, Columbus, OH, Cincinnati, OH, or Pittsburgh, PA
  • Must comply with the Bank's ethics rules which generally prohibit employees, their spouses/domestic partners, and minor children from owning or controlling, directly or indirectly, any debt or equity interest in a depository institution or an affiliate of a depository institution
  • Must undergo a background check
  • Must be tested for all controlled substances prohibited by federal law, to include marijuana, prior to hire and for certain safety sensitive positions during employment
