- Proficiency in data analysis to assess training effectiveness
- Agile/flexible to the needs of the business
- Confidence in presenting key information to senior stakeholders
- Advanced PowerPoint skills
- Positive and solution-focused approach
- Passion for learning and developing talent
Desired Qualifications
- Fluency in French, Spanish or German
- Knowledge and experience of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- E-learning authoring tool skills
- Kirkpatrick or equivalent evaluation qualification
- Insights Discovery practitioner qualification
