Learning and Development Business Partner (CeMAP Qualified)

Learning and Development Business Partner with CeMAP qualifications to strategically influence Mojo Mortgages’ growth and development initiatives. Own the onboarding and Certification Machine, oversee the Certification Checklist, and deliver tailored, high-impact sessions for Core and Certified employees. Lead AI integration and training innovation, defining how AI (LLMs) impacts roles across the business, manage structured growth journeys on the Sana learning platform, and ensure materials stay current on the intranet. Act as a bridge between Mojo and growth partners (SimplyBiz, Simply Academy, lender/insurer BDMs) to curate high-impact training for the advisory community, guiding apprentices through CeMAP via the ME Academy and driving advanced coaching for Mortgage and Protection Experts. Collaborate with the G&D Manager and RVU Group to maximize learning impact with minimal time away from core work. Requirements include a culture of change, domain expertise in Mortgages and/or Protection, CeMAP qualification or equivalent industry experience, a strategic L&D background with ROI-focused design, and a strong curiosity for AI. Fully remote – work from anywhere in the UK; strong emphasis on autonomy, partnership, and continuous development.
