Job Summary
Growth & Development Business Partner to design and lead strategic L&D initiatives at Mojo Mortgages. Own onboarding programmes (Onboarding Machine), guide apprentices and established Experts through the ME Academy, build strategic partnerships to maximise training value with minimal time away from North Star work, and shape AI/automation adoption across the business. Requires CeMAP qualification OR substantial experience in mortgages/protection, a track record in L&D with ROI-focused programme design, and a curious, proactive approach to leveraging AI to transform learning. Fully remote in the UK from London-based operations, with a culture of change and high-velocity delivery.
Required Qualifications
