Job Summary
Learning and Development Administrator responsible for administrative and coordination tasks that support Primero's Learning and Development function. Key duties include preparing monthly reports and data statistics, maintaining training compliance records, end-to-end booking of training (including PO creation, vendor/participant liaison, and receipting invoices), managing the training inbox and responding to bookings and queries, supporting onboarding (including online inductions), processing and tracking training funding, and providing administration support to L&D programs (Apprentice, Graduate, Leadership). The role emphasizes autonomy, organization, attention to detail, proactive process improvement, and delivering high-quality service to internal stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Office, strong communication, and a customer-focused approach are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within Learning & Development, Human Resources, or a similar environment
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, reporting, and record keeping
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to provide high-quality customer service to internal stakeholders, with strong time management and prioritisation skills
