Job Summary
Learning & AI Enablement Internship focusing on designing and delivering AI literacy training, building and managing project coordination assets (workback plans, asset trackers, scheduling documentation), drafting facilitator guides and job aids, supporting change management tied to new systems and policy rollouts, assisting with LinkedIn Learning content curation and usage reporting, researching AI governance in HR and DEI/ Indigenous reconciliation practices, and collaborating cross-functionally to present updates to senior leaders. The role is hybrid in Toronto, Ontario, with in-office days Tuesday–Thursday, 40 hours per week, for four months (Sept 8, 2026 – Dec 18, 2026). Candidates should have a Master’s degree (in progress or completed), hands-on AI tool experience, strong PM/coordination skills, excellent communication, facilitation experience, executive presence, and willingness to relocate to Toronto. Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in HR, Education, Organizational Psychology, Adult Learning, Business, or MBA (in progress or completed)
- Hands-on experience with AI tools – ChatGPT, Claude, and/or Copilot
- Strong project management and coordination skills – you think in workback plans and asset trackers
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Facilitation experience – you’ve designed or led workshops, training sessions, or similar programs
- Executive presence – you can present clearly and confidently to senior leaders
- Based in or able to relocate to the Toronto area
