Job Summary

Support the Manufacturing Manager in designing local flavour production plans and adjusting schedules to accommodate backlogs, design changes, and material shortages. Monitor production activity, analyze data to ensure material flow, and oversee the entire life cycle of production orders from raw material requests to finished goods delivery. Track delivery schedules, manage exceptions, and liaise with requestors regarding order changes. Analyze and optimize inventory levels to prevent shortages, dispose of obsolete materials, and maintain accurate data in SAP and CMS systems to support purchasing, quality, and production functions.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree / Diploma in Technical Engineering, Supply Chain or related discipline
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with exposure to supply chain or production planning, or quality and/or materials management
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Showcase, AS400, WMS, Error Log in SAP/CMS
  • Experience writing, performing queries in AS400 or similar systems
  • Basic understanding of financial concepts (e.g. CAPEX, COGs)

Desired Qualifications

  • APICS Certification preferred
  • Costing experience preferred
