Job Summary
Learn & Play Associate at the First & Main YMCA supports youth program activities, plans and implements a weekly curriculum, supervises participants, enforces safety and proper care of equipment, and communicates with staff, parents, and children. Requires working with children in group activities, knowledge of safety procedures, and current CPR/AED/First Aid/Oxygen certifications; role involves supervising swimming activities and providing routine forms and reports. Required Qualifications
