Job Summary
Support team projects, assignments, and operational activities by applying academic knowledge in a professional environment. Assist with data analysis, documentation, reporting, and process improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives. Participate in problem-solving efforts to provide recommendations and develop technical skills through hands-on learning and mentorship. Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards. This role provides students with practical industry experience while contributing to Lear's business objectives and innovation efforts. Candidates must be enrolled in Kettering University's Cooperative Education Program and legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Kettering University's Cooperative Education Program
- Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
