Job Summary
Lead the enterprise-wide Lean Value Stream Transformation and Automation program for Service Operations, owning end-to-end delivery from discovery through deployment and stabilisation; drive AI-enabled automation initiatives, design scalable transformation patterns, and establish governance, KPIs, and repeatable deployment templates to improve efficiency and ROI across multiple teams; collaborate with Process Owners and cross-functional teams to embed solutions into live operations and ensure adoption and sustainability.
