Job Summary
The Lean Transformation Engineer will support site-wide continuous improvement initiatives by embedding lean principles to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiencies. Responsibilities include developing lean processes, championing methodologies like Kaizen and Value Stream Mapping, and leading cross-functional improvement projects. This role involves establishing KPIs, conducting root cause analysis, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coaching team leaders in new operational methods. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis software, and has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field with at least 5 years of applicable experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in process engineering or continuous improvement roles, ideally within a regulated industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
- Proficiency in process mapping tools and data analysis software
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Business Central) and digital manufacturing tools
- Knowledge of relevant standards such as ISO 9001
- Experience in modular manufacturing, fabrication, or project-based production environments
