Job Summary
Facilitate Daily Management System routines and support performance monitoring across departments while coordinating Kaizen initiatives for effective implementation. Support teams in applying Lean methodologies and structured problem-solving tools like PDCA and Root Cause Analysis. Conduct Gemba observations to track improvement actions and ensure compliance with ABS standards and Lean assessments. Requires a Master's degree or equivalent experience in operations, engineering, or trade, with 3-5 years in a similar position and proven expertise in Lean principles including value stream mapping. A Master's or engineering degree or equivalent experience in operations, engineering, trade or a related field.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or engineering degree or equivalent experience in operations, engineering, trade or a related field
- 3 - 5 Years of experience in a similar position
- Proven experience applying Lean principles, including Kaizen, PDCA, and value stream mapping
- Strong knowledge of KPI management, visual management, and Daily Management Systems
- Demonstrated ability to coach, influence, and engage stakeholders across different levels
- Effective communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills in operational environments
