Job Summary
Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives in Operational Excellence (HAPS) at Haleon’s plant, including data collection/analysis, KPI tracking, workflow/productivity optimization, cross-functional Lean projects (Kaizen, SMED, 5S, Centre lining), and implementation of digital tools. Facilitate weekly/monthly cross-department meetings to enhance efficiency and waste reduction, develop employees through Leader Standard Work and SOPs, participate in GEMBA walks to identify safety/quality/efficiency opportunities, and coach teams across the organization to sustain improvements. Requires technical education, ~3 years in related Lean/OpEx roles, and Strong analytical and communication skills; English proficiency and familiarity with GMP environments are advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Secondary technical education or equivalent (SŠ vzdelanie technického zamerania)
- minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- certification or training in Project Management or Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt) – advantageous
