Job Summary
Facilitate planning activities and support Lean implementation on assigned construction projects by coaching project teams to take ownership of planning routines using the Last Planner System. Deliver introductory Lean training, prepare project-specific materials, and reinforce planning discipline while assisting with retrospectives and team alignment sessions. Provide feedback on Lean Edge tools, support pilot testing of new processes, and participate in breakout activities under supervision. Travel up to 85% of the time to project locations across North America for meetings and on-site duties. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with 1-3 years of Lean experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field
- 1-3 years of experience implementing Lean practices on construction projects
- Must be willing to travel to project locations anywhere across North America for extended periods of time (up to 85%)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in collaborative planning and facilitation environments
- Understanding of Lean philosophy, Last Planner System purpose, and CPM/Last Planner System integration
- Familiarity with Touchplan or other Last Planner System management tools
