Lean Manufacturing Engineer

Job Summary
Analyze end-to-end manufacturing and material flow to develop current-state and future-state maps, leading facility layout redesign projects and spaghetti diagrams to reduce travel distance. Optimize warehouse-to-production flow, identify bottlenecks, and perform line balancing to reduce lead time and work-in-process while supporting pull systems. Lead value stream mapping, drive kaizen events, and implement lean tools to improve visual management and standardized work. Develop long-term layout strategies, evaluate equipment relocation, and support capital investment planning for production expansion. Monitor KPI dashboards covering lead time, throughput, OEE, capacity utilization, and inventory flow to prioritize improvement opportunities. Partner with cross-functional teams including supply chain, engineering, and quality to lead improvement initiatives and support production transfers.
