Job Summary
Lean Manufacturing Engineer responsible for assisting and leading deployment of Lean methodology, strategy design and deployment, and training within a manufacturing facility. Collaborates with ABS/leadership to sustain alignment between Strategy Deployment, Lean Excellence, and Facility Transformation; develops and leads Value Stream Mapping activities; trains and coaches teams in Lean tools and methodologies (LDM, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, VSM); requires travel of 25–65% and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering/related fields.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related functional areas
- 3 to 5 years of manufacturing operation experience
- Certified Lean Practitioner or Certified Six Sigma Black Belt strongly preferred
