Job Summary
Lead infrastructure project planning and execution for road, bridge, and tunnel construction projects through daily Gantt chart management, milestone scheduling, and risk identification. Facilitate Lean Management workshops with clients and contractors to drive process improvements using the Last Planner System, while moderating cross-disciplinary project meetings and reporting progress. Develop countermeasures for schedule risks and coordinate project workflows across planning and implementation phases. Requires Lean Management certification, technical engineering background, and experience with Primavera or similar tools. Based in West Austria with flexible work options and competitive compensation starting at €62,000.
Required Qualifications
- Lean Management Zertifizierung oder Nachweis gleichwertiger absolvierter Aus- und Weiterbildungen im Lean Management
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, TU) im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Infrastruktur, Baumanagement oder vergleichbar (z.B. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen)
- 3-5 Jahre nachgewiesene Berufserfahrung in Infrastrukturprojekten
- Erfahrung in der Terminplanung und/oder Baustellenkoordination
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Österreichs und DACH Raum
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung mit öffentlichen Auftraggebern sowie in der Abwicklung von Großprojekten
- Kenntnisse in Primavera, TILOS, MS Project oder vergleichbare Terminplanungstools
- Englischkenntnisse
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
- Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
