Job Summary
Join Teltonika as a LEAN Engineer to enhance continuous improvement culture within the organization. Responsibilities include identifying process deficiencies and improvement opportunities, ensuring effective implementation of kaizen, 5S, and other continuous improvement tools, and conducting training for employees on these tools to standardize production processes. The role requires experience in a similar manufacturing position, knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, and proficiency in English.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company
- Fluent in English at B2 level or higher
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to communicate thoughts clearly in writing and speech
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of VSM, Asaichi, Kaizen, problem-solving and other continuous improvement tools
- Training delivery skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
