Job Summary
Lean Intern to support operational excellence initiatives within packaging areas and contribute to projects focused on productivity enhancement, lean implementation, and operational performance improvement. Responsibilities include supporting lean and continuous improvement initiatives to improve GPS score, participating in operational performance enhancement projects, assisting in productivity and efficiency analysis, supporting data collection and reporting activities, and collaborating with operations and production teams to sustain OEE productivity. Requires 3rd or 4th year university student with a background in Mechanical, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering, strong analytical/problem-solving abilities, and strong teamwork/communication skills. Program duration 10-12 weeks starting July 2026 with in-person placement in Nubaryia, Beheira Governorate, Egypt.
Required Qualifications
- 3rd or 4th year university student
- Background in Mechanical, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Interest in operations and continuous improvement
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
