Lean Implementer

Lead Lean implementation across operations by identifying inefficiencies and driving process improvements. Analyze current processes to identify waste, bottlenecks, and opportunities using data-driven methodologies; develop and execute Lean projects including process mapping and value stream analysis; facilitate Kaizen events and 5S initiatives with cross-functional teams; mentor employees on Lean principles; monitor KPIs to measure impact; prepare reports for leadership; collaborate with department heads to prioritize improvements and align with business objectives; manage change management to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems; maintain documentation of projects and lessons learned; stay current with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and best practices. Preferred certification: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt; 3+ years in Lean implementation or continuous improvement; strong data analysis skills (Minitab/JMP) and experience with Visio; excellent communication and ability to influence at all levels.
