Job Summary
The Lean Digital Engineer will engage in various project phases for the Qingdao pMDI factory, playing a user representative role to help define the autonomous strategy and support IT infrastructure deployment. This position involves leading and implementing autonomous project activities, ensuring timely delivery in a cross-functional manner, promoting agile workflows, and facilitating stakeholder communications. Responsibilities include applying lean tools for continuous improvement, sharing effective digital solutions, and supporting low-code/no-code technology initiatives. Mandatory qualifications include a degree in engineering or related fields, strong data analysis skills, and fluency in English, while experience in the pharmaceutical sector and project management is desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above of engineering, pharma, data science or related field
- Data analysis and interpretation capability
- Adaptability, continuous learning and learning agility
- Good communication and collaboration
- Fluent in English
