Job Summary
Lean Consultant to apply Kaizen and Lean principles to analyze data, coordinate Kaizen workshops to implement new systems and process changes, advise teams in developing and implementing performance solutions aligned with business strategies, audit and control Kaizen-related processes, plan Kaizen weeks, and train/coaching Cell Leaders and project teams in process-improvement tools to ensure timely completion with strong internal and external customer results. Requires BS/BA, 5-8 years of experience with Lean/Six Sigma, proficiency in Kaizen, process management, and advanced statistical techniques, plus the ability to lead workshops, facilitate communication, and travel 25-50%. Fluency in Portuguese is preferred. OSHA/EPA regulatory compliance knowledge and PMO familiarity are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA undergraduate degree
- 5-8 years of experience in area of responsibility
- Experience with business processes, Lean, Six Sigma
- Experience in coaching and delivering training at all levels of an organization
- Technical competency in Six Sigma skills, Lean, Kaizen, process management, change management and advanced statistical techniques
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and statistical skills
- Travel Requirements 25%- 50%
- Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to regulatory requirements including OSHA, EPA, State and Federal regulations
