Lean Analyst

Job Summary
Lead Lean and Six Sigma activities across the factory to eliminate waste, improve efficiency, and reduce costs. Coordinate and deliver LSS training programs for factory staff, including Lean Fundamentals, Yellow Belt, 5S, and Kaizen. Coach cross-functional teams in applying tools like VSM, Line Balancing, Poka-Yoke, and Root Cause Analysis to execute improvement projects. Assist management in deploying operational systems, developing performance dashboards, and tracking Kaizen activities. Partner with the Global ELSS team to align strategies and benchmark best practices into local operations. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering with 3-5 years of Manufacturing Engineering or Continuous Improvement experience. Fluency in English is required; Chinese fluency is a plus. Full-time role with competitive compensation and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical fields
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering or Continuous Improvement roles
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in Lean manufacturing concepts, Six Sigma methodologies, Kaizen, and change management
- Proficient in English (verbal, reading, and writing) for reporting and working with global teams
- Strong ability in communication and coordination
- Good attitude and be honest
- Able to work independently
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the electronics manufacturing industry (SMT/Assembly)
- Fluency in Chinese
- Yellow Belt certification
- Experience with VSM, Line Balancing, Poka-Yoke, and Root Cause Analysis tools
