Job Summary
Provide experienced consultation, coaching, and hands-on application for SAFe, Lean-Agile, and LPM practices across the ORIS Agile Release Train and Value Stream Enablement activities. Demonstrate superior knowledge in adopting Agile across an enterprise by coaching teams on PI Planning, backlog refinement, Inspect & Adapt, and dependency management. Support Value Stream Enablement governance, intake prioritization, and ART stability while flexing capacity for surge demands. Facilitate continuous improvement of the operating model and mentor Scrum Masters and team members on Lean-Agile practices. This role supports federal agencies including Veterans Affairs, Transportation, Defense, Homeland Security, and the National Science Foundation in optimizing mission delivery through improved performance and streamlined operations.
Required Qualifications
- Certified SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC)
- Minimum 7 years leading Agile and SAFe implementations in medium to large organizations
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare or healthcare technology environments, particularly within the Federal HER or within VHA
- LPM or Agile Certifications
- Strong facilitation and change-management skills (Prosci Certification)
