Leak Test - 3rd Shift ***Must train on 1st shift***

Responsible for the final inspection of finished goods to ensure product quality meets production specifications. Inspects in-process production at each station, documents conforming and non-conforming parts, and performs leak testing on finished goods. Verifies finished goods meet specifications per router, drawings, and inspection instructions; performs visual inspections (e.g., bends, braze joints, copper size, tube angles, caps); measures parts using calipers, pin gauges, tape measures, and other tools. Documents pass/fail findings, collaborates with Quality Team/Ops/Engineering to correct issues (print issues, tolerances, part issues); segregates non-conforming materials; supports Corrective Action Reports with root-cause analyses and quality trend documentation. Prioritizes workload to meet customer demands. High school diploma or equivalent; preferred experience in quality control/inspection in manufacturing; standard work environment with exposure to moving parts and loud noise.
