Job Summary
Build and manage an airtight season schedule across all divisions, gyms, and time slots while owning team placement, division balancing, and captain onboarding from day one. Run game nights at a premium standard with the right refs and zero chaos, then manage standings, stats, and weekly results with accuracy. Be the highest-quality point of contact for captains by responding fast, following through, and anticipating problems before they surface. Track registrations, capacity, and team health weekly to spot issues early and keep leadership informed with clear updates. Book and manage court time so nothing is ever scrambled, holding gym partners to the same brand standard we hold ourselves.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years in operations, events, or a customer-facing role where quality was the standard
- Reliable access to transportation sufficient to transport brand fixtures and equipment to the league venue
- A track record of making people feel genuinely well taken care of
- Availability for evenings and weekends, game nights are non-negotiable
- Communication that is fast, clear, and professional every time
- Genuine love for basketball and the culture around it
Desired Qualifications
- Background in premium sports, hospitality, or client driven service environments
- Network in the local basketball or rec sports community
- You've played in or captained a competitive rec league
- Experience managing vendors, facilities, or partner relationships
