Job Summary
Install stairlifts inside and outside homes using professional craftsmanship and strong mechanical or carpentry skills. Perform installations with necessary tools including box wrenches, miter saws, and drill drivers while maintaining high attention to detail. Operate a box truck, cargo van, pickup, or SUV with trailer for travel, including required overnight stays Monday through Friday. This 1099 contractor role features presold jobs with no sales involved, averaging $250-$1000 per installation, with weekly direct deposit and no out-of-pocket expenses. We purchase and stage all jobs to eliminate wasted time and reimbursements.
Required Qualifications
- strong mechanical / carpentry skills
- strong attention to detail
- Prefer 1 year of carpentry / construction skills including electrical skills (the ability to add or move outlets)
- A box truck, cargo van, full size pickup or full size SUV w/trailer
- Current or ability to obtain general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance or exemption depending on the state (we can assist)
- Must be willing to travel
- Required overnight stays from Monday - Friday
- Both in state and out of state
- Must have all necessary tools for the job including: Box wrenches, Allen wrenches, 12" Miter Saw, Nut Driver Set and Drill Driver Extension
