Job Summary
Install stairlifts inside and outside homes using professional craftsmanship, with all jobs presold and no sales duties. Utilize required tools including box wrenches, Allen wrenches, a 12" miter saw, and drill driver extensions. Operate a box truck, cargo van, pickup, or SUV with a trailer, maintaining general liability and workers compensation insurance. Travel frequently, including overnight stays Monday through Friday in-state and out-of-state. This 1099 contractor role offers compensation averaging $250-$1000 per job with weekly direct deposit, no out-of-pocket expenses, and a path to become a trainer, installation manager, or regional manager.
Required Qualifications
- strong mechanical / carpentry skills
- strong attention to detail
- Prefer 1 year of carpentry / construction skills including electrical skills (the ability to add or move outlets)
- A box truck, cargo van, full size pickup or full size SUV w/trailer
- Current or ability to obtain general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance or exemption depending on the state (we can assist)
- Must be willing to travel
- Required overnight stays from Monday - Friday
- Both in state and out of state
- Must have all necessary tools for the job including: Box wrenches, Allen wrenches, 12" Miter Saw, Nut Driver Set and Drill Driver Extension
