Job Summary
Install stairlifts inside and outside homes using professional carpentry, mechanical, and electrical skills. Provide full installation services for both in-state and out-of-state clients, requiring overnight stays Monday through Friday. Operate a box truck, cargo van, pickup, or SUV with a trailer, bringing all necessary tools including miter saws, wrenches, and drill drivers. This 1099 contractor position offers presold jobs with no sales required, focusing solely on craftsmanship. Compensation averages $250–$1000 per job with weekly direct deposit. No out-of-pocket expenses are needed as we purchase and stage all jobs.
Required Qualifications
- Strong mechanical / carpentry skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Prefer 1 year of carpentry / construction skills including electrical skills (the ability to add or move outlets)
- Must be willing to travel
- Required overnight stays from Monday - Friday
- Both in state and out of state
- Must have all necessary tools for the job including: Box wrenches, Allen wrenches, 12" Miter Saw, Nut Driver Set and Drill Driver Extension
Desired Qualifications
- Current or ability to obtain general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance or exemption depending on the state (we can assist)
