Job Summary
Install stairlifts inside and outside homes using professional carpentry and electrical skills to help seniors age in place. Perform installations with a box truck, cargo van, pickup, or SUV, utilizing tools such as miter saws, wrenches, and drill drivers. Travel overnight Monday through Friday for both in-state and out-of-state jobs, providing a 1099 contractor position with weekly pay ranging from $250 to $1000 per job. No sales or out-of-pocket expenses are required as all jobs are presold and staged.
Required Qualifications
- strong mechanical / carpentry skills
- strong attention to detail
- Prefer 1 year of carpentry / construction skills including electrical skills (the ability to add or move outlets)
- Must be willing to travel
- Required overnight stays from Monday - Friday
- Both in state and out of state
- Must have all necessary tools for the job including: Box wrenches, Allen wrenches, 12” Miter Saw, Nut Driver Set and Drill Driver Extension
- Current or ability to obtain general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance or exemption depending on the state (we can assist)
