Job Summary
Supervise all cleaning functions in assigned buildings with daily follow-up, performing physical and written inspections of restrooms and locker rooms. Participate in all custodial responsibilities, relay instructions from supervisors, and ensure equipment and supplies are maintained and inventory is monitored. This role requires frequent lifting of up to 40 pounds, prolonged standing, and bending. Work shifts from 4pm to 8pm with a high school diploma and security clearance required. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write and comprehend English
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to decipher/comprehend signs indicating danger
- Skilled in the knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment
- Ability to obtain security clearance to work at assigned work site
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals with disabilities
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
- Must be able to walk

- Must be able to stoop
Desired Qualifications
- One to two years previous custodial experience
- Graduate of GGW's custodial training program
