Job Summary
Leadperson on 3rd shift responsible for the overall operation of the production line, including safety, quality and productivity. Duties include enforcing safety rules, ensuring GMP training and documentation, operating production equipment to maximize output while maintaining quality, supervising and developing the team, cleaning equipment per SOPs, maintaining tools, and adhering to company policies. Requires supervisory/leadership ability, mechanical aptitude, familiarity with SOPs, and the physical ability to perform tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing/walking, occasional heights). Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months experience in food manufacturing
- mechanical abilities to operate basic hand tools
- familiar with SOPs
- supervise, manage, build and lead a team
- ability to perform essential functions of job with or without reasonable accommodation
- physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs and occasional heights
- ability to tolerate heights up to 30 feet on occasion
- must reside in the United States
